Rehab Post #7

These pictures were taken last Saturday (1/10). We are happy to say that the masonry addition (minus veneer brick) has been completed. A temporary roof structure was built to ward off the elements. The framing of the basement has begun and is probably finished by now. Plumbing and additional HVAC work is being worked on this week. This also means that we are now in the decision making process. Where do you want the sink, toilet, shower, outlets, etc, etc, etc. I think the forecast for completion is June. We are lowering the price of our condo next week so hopefully by June we will have a buyer.

My father in-law wrote in his Christmas card that we are renovating our dream home. Not quite sure it is the dream home but we hope to come pretty close. Looking at the weather forecast for today (high of -2F, -19C) I think our dream home may be somewhere warmer. Here are the latest and greatest pictures. There are a lot of pictures and I think it is difficult to picture what is happening now. I will try to post a floor plan to make it easier to understand.
