Rehab Post #8

The house is moving right along. The framing is completed and significant progress has been made on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. A lot of new windows have been installed, some drywall, and even some insulation. Once all the insulation is complete more drywall work can be completed. We still have a lot more to do (new roof, brick veneer on back of house, some tuck pointing, new garage, to name a few). The stairs from first to second floor have been drawn up and should be in the steel guys queue this week!

My Dad actually got to go see the house in person on Zadie's birthday so that is why I haven't posted a rehab post in awhile. I know there are other people interested so I tried to pick some of the latest and greatest pictures. I have a bazillion more pictures but I don't want to lose my readership!
