Butterfly Girls

We found a pair of butterfly wings for the girls at H&M this past weekend for a great price ($5.90)! We opened them immediately and began wearing them (in the mall). It was then that we noticed one was missing the magic wand (quality control?) The wings are SUPER cute and we didn't feel like returning the wings with the missing wand. They can learn how to share something! We have had great fun with these wings and they are holding up pretty well.

We go to Drew's Eatery every Wednesday after art class. The kids meal comes with an ice cream cone. Zadie has gotten really good at eating an ice cream cone all by herself. Here she is munching on her cone, while driving Drew's vintage hotdog car.

Can you tell we are sisters?

We love going to the sandbox. Our local park has one and we tried to donate a set of sandbox toys at the beginning of the season but they lasted about 2 weeks. This time we decided that toy saturation with the park's name written on them may help them last a little bit longer. We got three sets of sandbox toys each with 11 pieces. They were only $5 a piece and were purchased at Toys-R-Us (see post with Rod siting). Here is Zadie playing pretend sandbox before we dropped them off at the park this morning. She likes to fill the bucket, tap it, pull the bucket off, and then wreck her creation.

The wings ARE cute! :)

And if it makes you feel any better about the sand toy disappearance, the same thing happened to my friend when she tried to leave some toys at Ehrler. And yesterday I took AJ there with some of our own stuff and 3 of his matchbox cars disappeared before we even left the park!! Thank goodness he hasn't noticed yet...
