Aquaphor Head

The previous post has a video with Zadie scratching her head with those short arms of hers. We always wonder if it is curiosity (wow, hair is so cool) or a reaction to her extremely dry flaky scalp. I went for the greasy hair look and rubbed Aquaphor (like Vaseline) into her scalp. It seemed to help a little. Her scalp didn't look like the surface of the moon for a few days. It definitely tamed her "do."

We are also sad to retire Zadie's favorite people watching position. We prop her up on the boppy on the couch and she gets a birds eye's view of what is happening. She has gotten too strong/long and pushes her feet on the couch trying to catapult herself over the boppy!

Magna-doodles really are great. If you haven't tried one in a long time I highly recommend buying one for yourself. You don't even need to have kids. It saves paper too, for the environmentally conscious, although I think it would be too difficult to bring to the grocery store. Zola has figured out that anything magnetic will make pictures. For a thicker line, she uses her play baby bottle, it has a magnet on the tip! I believe this is a smiley face with a tail or a really long tongue.
